In many ways Bill this Patriots team this year was noting like the
previous three championship teams. Yes they had more talent but in
the end they didn't have that same toughness that they had in previous
years.
You'll hear allot of comparisons to the transition the Yankees made in
recent years. The Patriots signed all the star free agents they could
this year and they couldn't get it done.
Also it was a good life lesson for my two kids.... in the end Cheaters
never win......

Well, being also a Giants fan and also a long suffering fan of NY Sports
Teams being from the NY/NJ area as alot of you all know (refering to the
regular posters), I was sure as heck glad that the sports gods threw me
a bone!
Sure, I wanted history but being the New Yorker I am , I sure as heck
would have loved to see my Giants win.
JUst glad to see STrahan FINALLY get that ring!! It is about freaking
time!!
I knew the Giants could win one if they got their heads
together......losing Shockey and that other hot head, Tiki Barber helped
immensely.
One of my friends, a fellow Giants fan and I just pulled our hair out
over this team for a few years. LOL Well, they finally got it
together....my friend and I were having kittens over the dropped
passes......eyes Plaxico......but Plaxico came through......finally.
Nice win by the Giants.
Now a World Series ring would be nice but my home city of NYC will take
the Lombardi, thank you very much.
