How sad. This place should've been packed with Cowboy fans excited about
Dallas first Super Bowl in over a decade (and trolls riding their
coattails). Instead, we get the Giants and the Patriots, and like 4
posts. It just ain't right.

Oh well. We can always devour each other over the future of the
franchise now that Jerry's running loose again. Or there's always the
presidential election.

I agree. I can't wait for the SB to be over so we can focus on the
offseason needs and discussions about the latest Cowboys moves. This NG
needs some life, but not the low-lifes that seem to have made this their
home.

F the presidential election too. The election season is way too long. It
used to be you had to have a lot of money to run, but now with a two year
campaign season even a lot of money isn't enough anymore. Too bad.

OK.

Let's start with a real GM, then get a real head coach.

If anyone pays much attention, they should now be convinced that Jerry
and Wade aren't up to the job and are just coasting on Parcells'
fumes.

Yes, those who know me from the QC days know I am no fan of JJ as a GM.
Under BP the Cowboys did get a lot of quality players and they were 13-3
last year. But, with him gone I am concerned JJ will start pulling the
strings again. If that happens and they atart drafting Tony Dixon's and
Willie Blade;s and Quincy Carter's again then the Cowboys will fall to the
bottom of the NFC heap again.

I am not ready to kill Wade yet. They were 13-3 in his first season. And
the fact that Dallas is out there hiring experienced assistants may help
them next year.

Bottom line, JJ isn't going anywhere and he isn't changing. We have
to accept things as they are and hope that the players pull it off .
Wade is decent HC but so far, a bust in every playoff game he has
coached. He can break this cycle if we have a better defense perhaps.
If not, we wait for the year after when the OC becomes HC. Either way,
this team is going to win a superbowl within the next 3 years and
maybe even as soon as next season . Book it and hold me to it, I got
no problem with that.

Super Bowl bound The Bears have turned into a joke and the rest of the NFC is not much better. The Saints pose a bigger threat than the pointless Bears.

This is no Super Bowl team With no offense in the first half, it's clear that this is no SB team and Parcells knows it. Why else would he play not to lose? Allan
