I know this is just my own wild dream, but it seems like the best way
to get a new team for LA would be to add a team to each of the eight
divisions. Here's how I'd realign the old and new teams to make it
work:

For the NFC East and AFC East, give them their old teams back.
Add a Milwaukee team to the NFC North.
Move the Rams to the NFC South.
Add Orlando and San Antonio teams to the AFC South (the Colts are back
in the AFC East).
Add a Columbus team to the AFC North.
Add a Utah team to the AFC West.
Finally, with the Cardinals and the Rams missing, the NFC West needs
three teams, Portland, Sacramento, and Los Angeles.

Yeah, I know. I'm just dreaming.
