I've seen several mock drafts having us take Cromartie in the first.
Depending on how he runs at the combine, I doubt he'll be there, but
a good CB is very possible. I've also seen a mock having us take
Calais Campball, but see above about Cromartie.

An intriguing possibility for the 2nd round, however, would be
TAMU TE Martellus Bennett; 6-7, ~250, decent (4.Cool 40 time.

Great pick but if he's not gone. Looking at the TE class, I don't see a
Shockey, Davis nor Winslow with only one first rounder as rated by NFL
draft scout. The question here is do you want vertical or a Chmura
clone. I go with the latter as Donald Lee can give you that, mayube not
in Tony Gonzalez range, but I think the Packers need a TE who can handle
blocking and present himself as a safety valve for Favre under presseure
as Chumra did. At 6-7 he'll be hard to miss in the seam. What sold me
on him was his comment about liking to get his knuckles dirty.
