Enough losing. The Edmonton Eskimos are not known for losing streaks until
Machoka took over.

1) Suck it up. Every other team at one time or another has had its
share of the doldrums. Why should the Esks be any different?
2) The Don Matthews coached Esks were 6-12-0 back in 1999.
3) Fairweather fans, the bane of the CFL. Teams need the revenue from
the tickets they buy, but those fans are super quick to bolt when
things are not going as well.

I'm far from being impressed by Danny Maciocia. But what you advocate
is about as stupid as that jackass leaving manure in Paul MacCullum's
front yard a few years back. However don't let my words stop you. I
would love to see everyone immediately turn against you after you
tossed an egg or two.

Well, Doctor, HOW MANY Esks games have you attended THIS year? ANY year? I thought not. I've been a
season ticket holder for a number of years and yes, last year SUCKED. For as many years as I can remember
the Esks have been riddled with injuries...even, it seems, coming out of training camp. What the Hell
gives? However, Saskatchewan has just as many injuries and has, what, managed to win FIVE STRAIGHT. The
green Riders, this year, always seem to pull it off.
No wonder, when they play here, the cheers for them are as loud or louder than those of us Esk fans.
However, the Esks STILL have an enviable record OVERALL. Most other cities would almost kill for the Esks
record. We have been spoiled by so many excellent, Cinderella years. There is still half a season left.
It's not over yet, you know.
