Hi everyone, I just joined Google and wanted to get peoples opinion on
how the Lions are going to be this year. I don't think they'll be
good but they will improve over last season. charles rodgers is going
to be a great addition to joey harrington. i'd like to know what
other people think though.

I think they will improve a great deal over last year and might make the
playoffs.

Well, they finally have a coach who is not
a second rate loser but actually knows
how to coach a team.

Charles Rogers will need time to learn
the system but he should be a great
addition to the team.

They could make the playoffs as a wild
card if they improve enough. I see the
Packers winning the NFC North however.

Rodgers will help with the running game due to the deep threat and that changes
everything. Moving the ball will be much easier.

If Mooch gets the Lions to 8 - 8 he'll be a coach of the year candidate. If
he got them a WC spot he'd win it. He'll improve that team and bring a air
of professionalism with him, but they'll never win a Superbowl w/ him at the
helm.

I'm inclined to agree with you. I look for the Lions to be improved. 6 to
8 wins this year is what I look for.
