Dolphins release LB Thomas

Miami Dolphins released LB Zack Thomas today.
He would be a nice pickup for the Saints.
He's better than anybody we have now at the MLB position.

Even though he missed a lot of games last year
he's healthy again and Thomas takes meticulous
care of his body, so he might be able to hold up for
a few more seasons.

Any thoughts?

I like his heart and drive, but does he have enough left in the tank? I say
sign him to an incentive based one year contract.
