Gators Played Good Enough to Win!

Miles is about as lucky as a seven peckered billy goat to escape last night
with a W. The Gators showed me what I had thought all season so far... that
LSWho can be beaten by a good team, and I still don't believe that they will
go undefeated this year. The SEC is too strong to allow that to happen very
often.

With just one more minute and you guys probably would have won... you were
moving it but ran out of time. That's the breaks!

PS: How 'bout them dawgs... they really stunk up the joint at rockytop!

,,,, Agreed Jeff. Gator haters will say this comment is "sour grapes",
but we all know Florida was the better team yesterday, and LSU is a
paper champion. It's luck and nothng else to achieve all those 4th down
tries. And LSU had to do that and run gadget plays all day to beat
Florida in their own back yard. That's no champion, that's pure luck.
LSU acted as if "they" were some div2 school that had just beat Florida.
LSU will not be #1 in the polls much longer.

Gotta disagree with you there Fear. LSU played pretty damn good, and
their O-line literally pushed the Gators off the line of scrimage.
Just in case you missed it, they rushed for 247 (two hundred forty
seven) yards. When you go 5 for 5 on 4th down, you are getting the
job done. Hardly a paper champion.

As for the Gators, we'll be fine and will be back....just not this
year. This is a 8 - 3 year, or at worst a 7- 4 campaign. Our defense
is responsible for both of our losses, plain and simple. They are too
inexperienced and too weak. Give em' a year or two and they will
destroying teams in the SEC again. However, give LSU their due...they
played harder, faster, smarter, stronger, and won the game. Not
taking away from the Gators effort - they just weren't enough tonight.

I'll say it again (almost like it was important or insightful), This is
really a growth year for the Gators. Yes we all wanted them to run the table
but you have to be realistic. They are a very young team and are getting the
experience and growth they need to truly be a top 5 team. I really think
they are going to be something special next year. This year, not so much.

Congrats Gators I'm glad SOMEBODY won a big game today.

Gators win but damn..... That went from a convincing 33 to 7 win to a 33 to 28 lucky break. All in less than 5 minutes! I'm so sick of this "we will hang on" style of play. Gators should keep striking at the heart and stop this soft attitude in the second half! Georgia will eat
