Hail and well met from the Dallas Cowboys. Giants, you played with
excellence and heart and defeated the team they said would not be
beaten. Pride and glory to the Giants and the NFC and the NFC East,
where the Lombardi trophy belongs.

The Giants beat what were, arguably, the three best teams in the NFL --
including the one touted as one of the best teams of all time -- on their
playoff run. No asterisks whatever beside tonight's victory, and no doubt
of their NFL supremacy this year. Good to see your much-maligned man Eli
throw a monkey off his back, too.

(I suspect we'll be seeing that final-drive catch by Tyree replayed for a
long time.)

Sincere congrats to the Giants on a thrilling & amazing year -- and for
finally vanquishing the NFL Antichrist.

BTW, looking forward to the Cowboys kicking your arses NEXT season. Smile
