Remember when the Patriots fans were flooding this newsgroup when the
Steelers made Super Bowl preparations (travel, hotel, etc.), only to be
knocked out by the Patriots?

Maybe they should have thought of that before announcing a parade route last
week...

LOL!
I know that they normally destroy the SB Champ T-shirts for the losing
team, but MAN OH MAN...you KNOW they had some SUPER FANCY ones made up
for the 19* - 0 Pats!! They should auction those off on ebay as a
fundraiser for some charity.
I'm sure fans from 31 other teams would LOVE to have those! Great for
cleaning camera lenses and administering salt to wounds.

I thought they sent those shirts to places like Ollies to sell at a
discount. I would like to get one for laughs and for painting.

Maybe the NFL makes them destroy the shirts. Seems like a waste. At least
they could send them to charity somewhere.

I haven't seen any other designs, and most images have already been
pulled from the internet, but I'm sure if you take a good picture to
any decent t-shirt factory at the local mall, I'm sure they can easily
duplicate it.

The funny thing is, the Pats didnt make plans, the city did...a far
cry from when Blunderhead went on and on about hotel plans in a press
conference....as for the book, it was being written and offered by the
Boston Globe.
