It looks as if the only way Cardinals fans will be able
to enjoy the team this year, as in previous years,
will be to LAUGH at them. When Leinart threw an
interception on the very first offensive play of the
regular season, I just HAD to laugh (and turn off
the set). The Cards won't be humiliated enough
to actually win if fans just keep on groaning (and
watching the games, and buying tickets) as usual.
The only thing to do, when the Cardinals screw up
and throw away a game, is to consider them to be
the Keystone Kops, Laurel and Hardy, the Three
Stooges, Wile E. Coyote, and any other farcically
inept characters you can think of all rolled into one
team, and laugh your heads off at them. When they
hear their fans laughing hysterically (imagine UofPhx
Stadium packed with people howling with laughter),
the Cards will be so shocked and abashed that
maybe they'll finally get the message. And, win
or lose, fans will finally get their money's worth in
entertainment from the Cards.
If anybody in the Cards organization reads this
group, feel free to stick this article on a
bulletin board as motivation.
