1) Lewis
2) Del Rio
3) Fisher
4) Coughlin
5) Gruden

(I'm assuming the order in which they are discussed is in order of priority)

Does Silverman know anything about football?

Mikey would not fire Lewis unless Lewis went 0-16 this season and
showed up on the sidelines wearing a pink tutu for the Steelers
games. Lewis might resign, but Mikey won't fire him. The players
arrested were Mikey's picks, not Lewis's. As for the others, I can't
imagine Fisher being fired although I can see him leaving the Titans
like Cowher did in Pitt. The other three are definitely on the hot
seat as well as Crennel in Cleveland. In fact, Crennel may not last
the season.

Lewis isn't going anywhere unless it's by his own volition.

Where do you get this? MB is known for his loyalty somewhat, but he had no
problem canning Shula and Coslet. He likes to deflect blame.

And by this you mean Brown will take responsibility? No way....he cans the
coach before that happens.

Depends on if Vince Young is for real. To be honest, Young only put up one
impressive stat: wins. We'll see if that continues this season. Plus, he's
on the cover of the next Madden game. We all know what that means.

Don't agree. MB has patience, but not if it means blame is coming his way.
Personally, I want Lewis gone anyway (I think he is insanely overrated,
can't make a half-time adjustment if his life depended for starters), but
I'm not entirely willing to take a losing season for that purpose.

Sure he does, but how many losing seasons did Shula and Coslet have?
He didn't make a move until the public pressure became so great he had
to make a move. He also doesn't make a move until it looks like the
the coach has lost the team like what happened with Lebeau.

Mikey takes responsibilty but only when he thinks he needs to.
Picking up people with character question marks is something his
father did and often it worked out for the bettter. However, we live
in vastly different time now and he has to change his modus operandi--
it just takes him longer to do that than it does normal people.

I think VY may end up being a good NFL QB but he will probably regress
this year. Teams have tape of him and his tendancies now. A good DC
will eat VY's lunch.

I think Lewis has game management and other issues but I don't see
Mikey making a change now. Maybe after the 2008 season if we have to
sit through another mediocre season but not after 2007--unless
something drastic happens.
