To Brian the Panther fan: I got you confused with a morphing troll. You
know how these morphing trolls are - will make you crazy, I tell ya.

Please accept my humble apologies and regrets for the name blame. I hope
your team has a wonderful year mainly because I like your coach and we don't
play you this year and we're probably gonna stink this year and your team
will probably not.

In the future, I shall killfile all of Chen's known identities to avoid this
problem again. If someone who has an updated scorecard could list what they
know, it would be appreciated.

I'm setting follow-ups to the Giants group alone to avoid further
cross-polarization for replies.

Once again, I am terribly sorry.

AS an observer I gotta give kudos to Brian O.

It's great to see people in NG's apologize when they are wrong instead of
just keep huffin' and puffin'.

Giants fans have class. At least the non-Yankee fan ones do. Smile

Thanks Brian. No problem.

Thanks for the apology. Guess this place is not big enough for this many
Brians. :>

At least as well as the stiffs we've got. I'm younger than most of 'em too.

Hey, I am just glad this is all cleared up, I was starting to think Brian
Tate
was setting me up for a master troll for over a year. I was thinking it
would have to
be a big one for acting, so cool for a year that I have talked to him on
Usenet.
Like you said to me, stuff happens on the net and we all make mistakes, I am
sure Brian will be ok. Thanks again for clearing it all up for good.
Can I ask a question? How do you make the replies just come to the Giants
group?
That is a neat trick. I don't do many cross posts, but it would be good info
to know.

The headers say that you use Outlook Express. All you have to do is put in
the newsgroups that you want follow-ups to go to in the "Follow-up-To"
header atop the post after you compose it. Then the groups can be trimmed
or added on, whatever you wish.

Note that you have to have "Full Headers" enabled to see this - make sure it
is checked on the "View" pull-down.

You also need full headers for the BCC list. I'm asked all the time how to
send BCC because this option defaults to not being checked and it's not
obvious why it's missing.

Thanks for the further info, Bill. Now I have to wait for a chance to have a
good reason to do a good cross posted thread. Wink

Well, if you guys keep playing like last season, I am sure you will build
up more of a following around the country, A lot of posters in the Eagles
group are from no where around Philadelphia, guess they seen them on TV
and liked them enough for them to root for them. The better your team more
national games you get. Just get rid of Russ, ok?
