MVP - Eli played a heck of a game and deserved the MVP. The one INT
was a tipped. Pulling a Favre-esque escaping from 3 defensemen and
throwing a strike to David Tyree. Sealing the game with a perfect
floater to Burress.

Defensive MVP - Justin Tuck. He set the tone early and got to Brady
early and often, which made the Pats OL nervous and then collapsed.

Best coach - Spags outdueled the genius Belichick. Spags once again
came up with brilliant schemes to neutralize the deep routes,
bend-but-not-break zone defenses, and smart blitzes. Front-4 passrush
was there and dominated. Spags clearly was the best on sunday.

Best play - again Eli's super-escape, super-strike, and Tyree's
super-catch.

I'm a 49er fan and while I wouldn't say it "eclipses" the "Catch" it's
right up there with it, which I don't say lightly. Just saw a replay
again on the evening news and WOW!

Dear Eli, please share the MVP trophy with your entire defense.

Even if the Giants win the Super Bowl ... The "experts" in SI and ESPN.com are still gonna pick the Cowboys to win the NFC East next year. Wait and see ...

The 2002 49ers Loss and the Super Bowl victory I was thinking about this... but that devastating and heartbreaking loss in 2002 helped shape the current team. After that loss the Giants tanked in 03, leading to Coughlin coming in, Kerry Collins proved he was not our QB of the future which lead to the

Super Bowl It's become too big of a production! Way too much bullshit. You'd think it was the return of the World's Fair or something. TV wrings out every buck they can.

Eli in Super Bowl! Is that a nightmare or what?
