And you're still hoping to not be the biggest fool who was ever called
a Rams fan. Continue trying, Wally. St. Louis newsgroup removed out of

Hello John,
It's a foggy morning hear in L.A. but it reminds me of when the
Niners were the NFC Champs and the Rams just hung around. Sorry
you don't feel like I'am a Rams fan.
I think you won't respond to this because of our past post on
Usenet News. So I feel kind'da like this is a letter to myself.
No hard feelings!
Walter... |

Whoopsie, I missed the April 15th deadline to file my taxes. Should I
petition the US Government to let me slide and get them in whenever I get
around to it? After all, isn't it just a little ridiculous to hold ME to the
same standard that EVERYONE ELSE in the USA is held to? What about me, me,
me, me, me, and me?!?!?!? Of all the free agents to be, only 2 dingbats
missed the deadline. Thank goodness TO was one of them. This soap opera is
just too good for words.

Even if there was only one year left on his contract, why should T.O. be
allowed to become a free agent? His camp made the mistake missing the
deadline to void the remaining contract -- not the Niners. What is his
argument, we made a mistake and want a do over?
If the trade gets overturned, then all player contracts aren't worth the
paper they are printed on...

Well Dave, that makes sense and sense doesn't seem to have anything to
do with it. Take the offers and see which one you would go with. The one
Owens worked, or the one the Niners took? None of what he's done makes
any sense, but it is pure TO.

49ers they are 2-1 and have won two close games if this keeps up they won't make the playoffs Prediction: 49ers go 8-8 If the close games keep on happening on they won't be able to handle really good teams. Keys to the niners Alex Smith he needs to get his pass
