Per the ESPN QB Stats page, Rex Grossman is
the 2nd-worst rated passer among the 34 that
qualify for the rankings (minimum, 42 passes
after 3 games). ESPN also accurately places
Tony at the 3rd spot, slightly ahead of Jake
Delhomme by a passer-rating of 111.93 (Tony)
to 111.87 (Jake).

I haven't check but I am almost certain he ranks (Ok we all know he
ranks) below that QB from the Redskins.

The puzzling thing about all that is that he doesn't need analysis
obtained from illegal video tape to know.
