Now that Miami dumped him, do you bring him in as a backup?

No, he's not quite old enough yet for Dan. Or, as likely....doesn't
cost enough.

But on a serious note....Chris Cooley is our most reliable receiver.
Green has had a good career, a career that was also at least somewhat
enhanced by a guy named Tony G.

It's easy to see how someone with experience throwing to a reliable TE
would be able to guide JC while he throws to a reliable TE. It remains
to be seen how he will be used in the future, but Cooley has the
potential to be one of the best TE's ever. Green's insight couldn't
hurt here.

So since I'm just like Snyder, who's Grandmother's wagon was missing a
wheel yet still fought in the 1st Carr/Kulp Wars in the 70's.....I
propose we trade ALL of our draft picks for the next 4 years to obtain
Green, who also raises prize-winning show turtles in the off-season.
And when D. Green begins to hear the Green name on TV more often...maybe
he will come back...

No, he's an Air Coryell guy, and we are transitioning to WCO.

The best guy to teach JC the ins and outs of the WCO is already on the
roster.
