I'll go with Randle El. But if it's him, the stats have got to include
his time with the Steelers. I don't think he's passed anywhere near
that much with the Skins. |

It is Randle El and it is over his career. Of course with it being mainly on
trick plays, they don't compare with proper QB stats really. |

He has been an underutilized weapon in that respect with the Skins
though. You just can't do it so much that opponents come to expect it.
I remember seeing some pretty brillian pass plays he was involved in
with the Steelers.
