So Vick is claiming he's not guilty. But that's not surprising for
anyone who has been indicted. However this is the same Vick who
claimed he had NO knowledge of any dogfighting going on his property,
claiming it was relatives who were behind it.
Gotta wonder about the media and this story. Far, far too much of the
media has been focussed on Vick. As far as I know no major media
outlet has had the balls to ask a very obvious question, with the
dogfighting stuff going on at Vick's place, who else in the football
world knew about it? IMHO, the NFL could be on the tip of a major,
major scandal should there be evidence that players other than Vick
knew about this sick bullshit.
NBA reffing scandal.
Never ending Tour d'France dope scandal.
Two of the Staahl brothers arrested
Warren Moon gets off easy from a potential drunk driving charge.
And of the the above mentioned dogfighting scandal.
Not exactly the best summer for pro sports!!!

Too right!
All I can say is: Thank heavens for baseball and Barry Bonds.
At least there's something we can all get behind and cheer for.

I don't see a smiley, but I sure hope you're not serious. I wouldn't
wish for him to take a low hard fastball off a knee and cripples him,
or better yet a hard fast high one off his head causing a career
ending injury. Nope, I wouldn't wish for that, but if it happened... |

Well at least there is Milt Stegall and his 138th td. There a good
many pro sport personalities of great ignominity right now who all
together don't come close to matching the respect Stegall gets from
CFL fans.
