I had Roy Williams who is of course hurt. Do I start Justin Gage or
Shaun Macdonald to replace him?

That's a pretty close one. Gage has been surprising consistent over
his last 4 games and faces a San Diego defense that is much better
against the run than pass. McDonald has been good all year long and
now will get increased reps as he moves up to the #2 WR role. I like
McDonald a bit better this week.
I'm in the same boat as you with Roy Williams, but my options aren't
nearly as good (in a 12 team league where we start 4-5 WRs every week
there is nothing on the wire). Who do you think I should go with
between Roydell Williams vs SD and Javon Walker vs KC? I did have my
mind made up on Roydell because Walker has done anything since coming
back from the injury. However, now that Stokely is hurt and not
practicing for the Broncos, I think that Walker's reps will increase
greatly this week out of necessity. |

Thanks for the advice. I am probably playing McDonald since the Lions
will be most likely playing from behind the whole game
Personally I would probably take a chance on Javon Walker. But with my
luck he would re injure himself in the first quarter. |

Well if you look at what Gage has done over his past 4 games (90, 66,
98, 64 yards with 2 TDs in that span) then you would see why I said it
was fairly close. |

It's not about what they did, it's about what they will do. |

Thanks for that captain obvious. All I am saying is that Gage seems
to be the new #1 threat in the Titans passing game and he should be
given consideration, before I recommended McDonald.
Care to venture an opinion on this? |

I meant you need to look at who they are playing, not who they played
against.
