Only 30, Not sure what was behind this. I thought he was doing well
for the Panthers.
TT gets a chance to amend his biggest misstep.

Maybe we can get him cheap for a couple years and see if he has anything
left.

He's only 30. He has plenty left -- at least 4-5 years. |

Just wanted to comment on a tidbit from the article at:
http://sports.espn.go.com/espn/wire?section=nfl&id=3241290
"Wahle was a three-year starter with Carolina after being signed as a
free agent from Green Bay before the 2005 season. But Wahle turns 30
next month and had a large salary cap figure."
*cough* "BUT Wahle turns 30"??? *cough*
Since when is 30 over-the-hill in the NFL???!!

He's had nagging injuries the past couple seasons. Still, he's
worth a look.

Sooooooooooooo, that makes Brett, what, DEAD. O-lineman generally
just start to peak at 30 and barring injury go mid to upper 30's
before retiring. Wahle would be a good fit as he gives our your
guard rotation some experience, talent and depth.
