Check out where Pioli says part of the reason why Walsh was fired was
because he was secretly recording convos between them. Why would someone
feel the need to record them if nothing was going on?????

I rather liked Belichick's comment:

Belichick also told the Boston Globe he "couldn't pick Matt Walsh out
of a lineup."

I thought that was somewhat amusing, considering Belichick isn't witty
enough to have come up with that himself. Good job by the Pats legal
team in planting that in his "prepared" statement.

...and so the spin-doctoring and damage control begins.
