1) USC- I watched part of the game, and while USC won easily of
course, they didn't look as dominating against Idaho as I think some
people thought they might. An easy choice for my #1 though.
2) LSU- The key is how Flynn will play. i think he can be very good,
but he'll have to play better than he did in the first half against
MSU. I think we saw how much Bowe and Davis will be missed early on
this year....Flynn was really locking onto Ducet for much of the first
half.
3) Florida- and really only because they have LSU in baton rouge this
year. If it were the other way around I'd probably reverse the order
of these two.
4) tOSU
5) Oklahoma
6) California- I think ainge is overrated and of course was hyping up
cal for this game all week(and gave the 6 pts to tennessee when that
baby opened. But one particular concerning part for cal in that game
is their horrid pass defense. Tennessee, with what looks to be a
fairly benign offensive team, had too many highly positive plays
against Cal. Also, fulmer is officially om the hot seat.
7) wisconsin- why not?
Georgia- pretty much the exact type of game wisonsin played
yesterday. Taking a mediocre opponent from the big12 and beating them
down in your own house.
9) Michigan- It all comes down to the orgeon game. Beat them in
impressive fashion, and they may jump a little.
10) WVU- good team.
11) Texas- coming off a bad end of the season lasy year, and not
exacty impressive in this one.

you're everything-michigan hatred is well documented. After one bad
game I'm not going to totally write off a team I believed to be
preseason top 4 or so. I'm waiting to see how they do against
oregon. They lose to oregon, and they'll be out of my poll. |

[Damn, why isn't this killfile thing working?!]
I think your idiocy on many topics is well-documented. Besides, I have
always posted how much I like Mike Hart and respect Lloyd Carr, so you
are wrong again. No surprise there.
The Wolverines lost SEVEN starters off a defense that SUCKED at the
end of last season, giving up WAY too many points to BALL STATE (at
home), to Ohio State and to USC. Considering their offense is run by
The Second Coming of John Navarre, why in the hell would ANYONE with a

was terrible yesterday, against a Division I-AA defense.
They proved they don't belong in the Top 25 by laying the biggest egg
in NCAA history -- but you still keep them in the Top 10.
Well-documented idiocy, indeed. |

This isn't "one bad game".
This is a signal that it is very possible that Michigan won't be able
to beat six teams this year and will have a very long off-season.
I'd fire the coach right now.

You just posted yesterday how your season was now made with the one
Mich loss. The idiocy around here comes more often from you then

What's more important is that they have so many starters returning on
a defense that was pretty darn good last year. |

A new QB translates into several losses most times.
