finished about middle of the pack in a keeper league & barely made the
playoffs...i could see it coming, so i raided the free agents late in the
season to try to get a leg up on next year. i picked up ronnie brown &
larry johnson (we created this league from a redraft league i've played in
for years, so i think some of the guys aren't used to keeper leagues...it's
the only reason i can think of why brown & lj were waived & not quickly
picked up by the teams at the bottom of the league) so i'm now left with a
dilemna as to who to keep...we keep 5. my rbs right now are addai,
jones-drew, lj, ronnie brown and kenton keith. my wrs are owens,
fitzgerald, roy williams & welker. i have no qb or te worthy of keeping.
addai, brown & owens are locks to keep imo. i'm on the fence however over
jones-drew, lj, fitz, roy williams, & welker. tentatively i have set all 4
of my good rbs & owens as keepers, and would look to trade one or two of the
rbs for either picks or a top qb. just looking for opinions...we do get a
half point per reception, so the wrs have a little more value than they
would in a standard scoring league.
