Tony Romo's Good Luck Charm!

Giants' fans are banking on an appearance
by Jessica Simpson during their game against
the Dallas Cowboys, but they may be dis-
appointed to learn that the 27-year-old pop
tart was never the reason for Tony Romo's
poor performance.

The last time Jess went to watch her QB
boyfriend Tony Romo in action he had the
worst game of his career. Immediately fol-
lowing the loss, the media started hounding
both Romo and Simpson, claiming that Jes-
sica brought bad luck to the Cowboys' team.

But what everyone failed to point out dur-
ing that game is that Romo was recovering
from a sore thumb and didn't expect to play
his best game because of his injury.

find out if that was true or not; we all know
he hurt his thumb in the 3rd quarter of the
Eagles game, but as for his thumb being hurt
in some other game earlier in the season, I've

Perhaps the loss had nothing to do with Simp-
son in the first place?

It's not like Romo to get distracted by his lady
friends during the football season.

Sure, he had a horrible game with his ex-girl-
friend Carrie Underwood in the stands last
year but it only happened once. Romo dropped
Carrie so fast after the loss that it's surprising
any woman would be eager to date the Dallas
Cowboys' star player.

If Tony thought that Jess was a distraction, he
wouldn't have vacationed with her and her
parents this past week in Mexico - right before
NFL playoffs.

Obviously Tony really likes Jess or he would
have given her a time-out - at least until after
the Super Bowl.

The next few games will be indication of whe-
ther Jessica really is the distraction everyone
claims she is.

Who knows, she still may end up being his
good luck charm!

Guess we'll have to wait and see...
