Well, obviously, historically, the Cowboys,
with -5- Super Bowl wins (tied for the
record for most Super Bowl wins), an NFL
record -8- Super Bowl appearances, an NFL
record -56- playoff appearances, an NFL
record -32- playoff wins, rank highly, espe-
cially considering their 1st season occurred
28 years after NFL playoffs began.

This year? Their late season swoon, the latest
in a long line (12 years) of post-Thanksgiving
futility, disqualifies them from consideration.
Notably, the New York Giants have a chance,
despite the 'perfect' opponent being heavily
favored in that game, despite Eli's struggling
'til he turned his (and the Giants') season around
in a near-win versus the Patriots, followed by
-3- 'upset' road playoff wins.

Assuming English is not your first language, I suggest you look up the
word "are" and learn its meaning. Hint: It's not a historical reference.

Considering they've only been around since 1960, have more appearances in
play-off games, super bowls, and super bowl wins....hmmm...I'd say yep =)!

Oh, and most players in the Pro-Bowl...yep still =). BTW (that's "by the
way" for you), English is not my second language and yes, the Cowboys
A.R.E. and WILL CONTINUE TO BE, the best team in the NFL. Hint: I'm a fan
24/7....NOT just when someone wins a Superbowl. Perhaps you should check
the yards, offense, defense, etc., stats of the Cowboys/Giants game...One
team "played" better...one team had less mistakes/penalties and didn't
have to also play the officials...then again, I'm sure some folks only
care about the final score (unless of course it's the Dallas/Buffalo or
Dallas/Detroit games...then final scores don't seem to count.

Then again, I'm in a Dallas Cowboys newsgroup because I am a fan of the
Dallas Cowboys...not a troll...
