Rich Gannon: Worst QB of All Time

Has any quarterback in the history of the game consistently gotten 8-10
seconds to pick out an open receiver like Gannon does? What a horrible,
horrible quarterback. A quadriplegic with Down's Syndrome could put up
Gannon's numbers.

Only if they could spit the ball 3 - 8 yards consistently.
