He can't, he's not three years removed from high school graduation.
However, I seriously doubt he will even leave next year. While he would
almost certainly get drafted, and probably very high, he's made no secret of
the fact that he highly values his education. Of course, he can always come
back and finish it later, like many do, but I'm getting the impression that
he fully intends to stay at Florida the full four years, and I'm guessing
his parents are encouraging him to do so as well.
